Panch leads discussion on HIBAR research at NAI 2019 Annual Meeting
Panch led a panel discussion at the Eighth Annual Meeting of the National Academy of Inventors in April, 2019. He spoke on the subject of HIBAR – Highly Integrative Basic and Responsive Research. The HIBAR Research Alliance is comprised of a network of research leaders who operate on the theory that institutes of higher education can – and should – simultaneously elevate the impact of research projects while benefiting society in the process. HIBAR research is exemplary in its approach to maximize innovation at leading research institutions by encouraging cross-university collaboration, as well as partnerships with government, business and industry.
